Privacy Policy

What we collect, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.

Last updated [date]. This policy describes how Redress Success (“we”, “us”) handles personal information. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, payment details (handled by our payment provider; we never see your full card number), and what you tell our intake assistant.

How it's used

Only to prepare and manage your National Redress Scheme application, and to contact you about it.

Who sees it

Our intake assistant is an AI model run by [provider]. Your conversation is sent to your case manager by email as you go, and stored in our secure system. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, except the National Redress Scheme when we file your application with your consent, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

When your matter ends, we delete your chat transcripts, emails, drafts and personal information, unless you tell us you would like us to keep them. We keep basic payment records for as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by using our contact form. You can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

In one line: your records are deleted when your matter ends unless you ask us to keep them.
